There is an entrance exam named jkcet. Without giving the jkcet exam we can't take admission in the college. cut off is also in negative marks But giving this exam is compulsory for every student. There are also donation seats. And reserved seats.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this profession because my parents want to see me as an engineer. And I also have some interest in engineering. Our faculty members are well educated. Many of them have done p. H. D Their teaching method is also good in pandemics. They daily make presentations on topics and also take quizzes There are two sessionals in every semester of 20 marks.
Internships Opportunities
From this year college started their own internship with our college teachers. The name of the course is amazon web services. Which is very useful for us in the future But there is no stipend. In the 7th semester, every student has to make their projects in a group of 3.4 students. Which is submitted by the end of their 7th semester or starting of the 8th semester With their project reports.
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester, students are eligible for the placements... The highest package given this year was 12 lakhs /annum. The percentage of students getting placed is about 70-80% Companies visit in college are getafix, harman kardon, newgen, tata elxi, Hexaware, Wipro, Planet's park and many more
Fees and Financial Aid
An engineering course costs up to 3.4 lakhs. In odd semesters the fee is around 70k and in even semesters it's around 6k. There are many jobs that came into campus this year and they are giving about a 20k stipend.
Campus Life
It's the infrastructure is quite good. There are computer labs, Chemistry labs, a library (always open for students) and many more labs. There is a proper water facility. There is a playground where students play basketball and cricket. The name of the college fest is sammailan Which is very famous among youngsters who are not even in our college.
