Remarks
Eligibility for admin btech in HITK is you have scored 70% and above in Physics ,Chemistry, Maths. Admin through Jee mains, Wbjee or Management. Seats are reserved for students who have completed their 12th from West Bengal.
Course Curriculum Overview
I didn't chose this course as I was given this course according to my jee mains marks. But after learning about the course i am satisfied from the branch i got(AEIE). For per 10 students there are two faculties available. All the faculties are well qualified and have a great method of teaching.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies offer internships in our campus . As I am in first year I dontyknow much about internships . But according to the interaction with my seniors i came to know that we get great internships offers in our college.
Placement Experience
After third year students get eligible for appearing in Campus placements. Many great companies visit our campus like Amazon, Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, etc. and offer great deals. Maas recruiters also visit our campus. Avg pacgkage is around 5-6 lakhs. About 85% of the students gets placed every year. My plan after taking the degree is to crack a big offer in reputed company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of HITK is very affordable in compare to many other Engineering Institutions. Only 44,000 per semester, which means overall btech of four years cost around 4,00,000. Every year fees is increased by just 1000rs. No scholarships are provided by the institution.
Campus Life
Regular seminars and Two fests are organized by the Heritage Institute of Technology anually. Library is one of the best pal e in the campus and full of books for knowledge and entertainment. Interdepartmental spirts tournaments are organized on a regular basis.
