Remarks

My admission is on merit based and I opt for the BSc in life science at Zakir Hussain College Delhi. I found all the details on the Delhi University website and I applied for UG ( undergraduate) my application is submitted successfully but my marks were 85% for BSc life science and but I have an obc certificate so I get a 1 percent advantage and I get admission in Zakir Hussain College Delhi for BSc life science course. I think everything is good in the admission process.

I choose the best life science course because I have an interest in it. Zakir Hussain College is better but there are no water coolers and also there is no ground. But the students and teachers are so qualified and the exam of the first semester was on time and it's obe but it's very difficult and I didn't find questions on Google or any other websites. So its better to study properly and pass.

Internships Opportunities

It was my first semester so I don't get an internship or job but I heard about this from my seniors. They got their internship and also good money. They also get good experience which they needed. The company that came into our college were all famous and multinational companies which I heard from seniors.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of my course are average and very low by the private colleges so it's one of the benefits of getting admission to Delhi University. And I m satisfied with my fees and it's very easy to pay and also pay online mode. No for now I didn't get any scholarship or job.

Campus Life

It was my first year so I didn't know about any fest and tech fest in my college but my fresher's party will be held on 5th April 2022. The library of our college is one of the oldest Libraries and I found all the books which I need for my first semester examination.it was the negative point of my college there is no any type of sports happened or I didn't know about this. There are many social grp runs on insta @ sasta tinder etc.

Placement Experience:

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Best college of DU for Mathematics

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

Concerning review

I applied to several colleges including hansraj college ,kirorimal college within in the university of delhi,along with a couple of private institutions such as christ university and amity university.among the zakir hussain college stood out due to its unique offering in a certain parameter. but unfortunately i didn't secure admission to hansraj or kirori mal due to their higher cutoff in my courses .
