Remarks

It is not bad and it is not very good and it needs wide reform and it must learn from other colleges who are very competetive.really our college library is very good.

Entrance Preview

CET, I had opted this because of my interest and scope and some of my senior suggested this course and explained how other courses irrelevant in this situation.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Our college is a perfect government college. We have ransom of fund and our college infrastructure is very good and the lecturers are all theory oriented and never encourage practical classes. And our college programms reflects Indian timings and finally our college needs good leadership.

Internships Opportunities

Companies came mainly agro based company only on notice board. Usually everyone opts for higher education so their is not a presence of even a company usually they concentrate in main university campus.

Placement Experience

2.5

Job opportunities in agro field is very narrow and usually everyone will get job because very limited number of students came out after 4 yrs.

College Events

4

Firstly our college celebrated fresher's day, college day, sports day, hostel day and we celebrate almost. All national festival along with resource person.and our college event starts at Indian timings which is very sad to tell.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college fees about 17000 per year because of government college. And usually in agricultural colleges most are governmently owned. And Karnataka government provides scholarship for the almost every person and I think even last person(high poverty)person can pursue this course.

Fees and Financial Aid

Usually Karnataka government provides scholarship for student under vidyasiri and even university provides merit scholarship for top 10 in a class.and also we have many private based scholarship.

Hostel Facilities

4

Hostel is very clean and food is very good and it is sometimes feel very bad because of everyday routine. Monthly festive is there for a month. esMs bill costs 2100 per month.

Alumni/Alumna

I think there is no such network because our college has started recently and our lectures are not interest in those activities dean never showed guts to organise those.

Exam Structure

We have totally 8 semester in four years.50 internals and 50 externals. 7th and 8th sem is practical oriented semi.we also have all India tour in 6 th sem.

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
