GITA Autonomous College - best college in OJEE

Got admission through Jee mains counselling of OJEE application form is released every year in march or april and counselling starts after declaration of JEE mains result and form available on OJEE website. Reservations are made for Odisha residents and i got admission on the CRL rank if my JEE Mains and in general category. After counseling, if you're alloted a seat in the college reporting at college is done within due date and after payment of fees you're a student of GITA Autonomous College

I chose this course because of my interest in technology and this branch of the college is well known all over the state for its excellence. Student faculty ration is about 20:1 All the faculties are well qualified and hold doctors and professor degrees. Exams are conducted timely for every semester and include mid terms and surprise tests Exams are of moderate level and easy to pass with the notes and assignment given by the teachers in the class

Internship companies start hiring students for training courses of duration 3 months or 6 months with a fixed stipend also providing certificate at the end of course. These certifications help in creating a good impression during the placement and interview round. Basic skills like coding, graphic designing, and cyber security, are taught as per students choice.

Students from 6 sem become eligible for placements. Companies like TCS,wipro, cognizant,infosys,BYJUS etc come for on campus drives and packages of 4.50lacs averaged are provided. Highest package is offered by BYJUS of 11 lacs and average package ranges from 4 - 4.39 lacs. About 85-90 percent students get placed from CSE branch and about overall 75-80 percent placements After the degree students can opt for higher studies like Mtech, MBA, And MCA within the college or opt for on campus or off campus placement drives.

Fee structue is quite affordable as compared to the other private colleges in the Odisha. And as compared to cost of study it is very good and you can pay the fees in installments also for each semester. All the scholarships like state , national, private companies and local scholarshios for odisha residents student are applicable and college itself inform students about the scholarship so the students can get the benefits

Annual fests are one of the best in Odisha and runs over for 7-8 days and conducted every year in the month of april and tech fests are held every month in which students and professors of different colleges are invited. Fests include various activities like dance,music,speech,debate, etc. Central library is a huge building separate for library where every book ,journal, and newspapers are available. Sports events like football, cricket, volleyball, kabaddi , badminton tournament are played on a regular basis between branches. Social and tech group like speak easy, binary bytes, cybersecurity, language club,etc are present where students can participate and represent on social media.

Hostel rooms are available with 2 - seater and 4 seater facilities. Rooms include beds, tables, chairs and attatched bathroom for 2 seater and common bathroom for 4 seater rooms. Food is provied on time at the mess three times a day with nonveg included in 3 days a week. Taste is quite good and delicious Hostels are alloted at the time of addmission and as per the students demand and availability Local PGs are also available where mant students opt for are located within 2 km radius.
