BIMTECH - A dream college

The admission process was very smooth and I gave my interview in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Took CAT 2019 exam and scored 86.52 percentile. The cutoff in BIMTECH was 70 percentile. The admission form cost 1500 INR.

The course curriculum is very efficient. The faculties are very knowledgeable and helpful. Many of them held the top management posts during their job tenure. So, they had an experience of over 20+ years.

Before the internships, we were given interview sessoons with the experts. Placement committee's promary focus was on the Final placements. The internships were offered from many big companies and also startups. Some students took internship opportunities from outside.

The placement of my batch (2020-2022) was very nice. More than 110 companies visited the college for campus placement. The most prestigious names include SBI, Maruti Suzuki, Prestige, Collegedunia, Reliance Retail, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and many more.

The course fee is Course fee - 1200000 Eligible candidates were awarded with Scholarship of 200000 if scored above 85%ile in CAT or XAT 108+ Companies visited for campus placements. Average salary for the batch 2020-2022 is around 900000.

The campus life was very exuberant. The events were very festive and full of joys. We celebrated all festivals of every religion whether its holi, diwali, eid-ul-fitr. The college organises many sports activities and marathons and yoga sessions for the well being of their students

The college has 4 hostels - Nalanda (boys hostel for 2nd year students), Takshshila (for female students), Gargi (for females and guests), and RCI Vidya Vihar hostel (for 1st year male students). The accomodation charge was 50000 for a semester.

Yes, the admission process involved WAT (Written Ability Test) and PI ( Personal Interview). The topic of WAT was mostly related to the current issues. The Interview was very chilled. The panelists asked qiestions about my City, educational background, interests and hobbies.
