Remarks
For admission one have to qualify NEET UG. After NEET UG results state government releases state merit list and then conducts counselling. Application form for admission is available at college and admission is done during March month. Students belonging to sc, St, obc, EWS students.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose MBS to become a good doctor. The faculty student ratio is 1:20, The faculties are Neet Pg qualified. The term exams are always conducted on time. The exams are always difficult to pass as the papers are of 200 marks in a single day.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees hike every year by 5-10%. The cost to study is quite high compared to other govt medical colleges. I didn't avail of any scholarships but there are a lot of scholarships being offered to poor and meritorious students.
Campus Life
The annual fest is conducted every year in December. Students union conduct various competitions like the song, dance, quizzes, etc. Almost all medical books are available in the college library. The library is situated in a peaceful place on the campus. Many students are involved in organization like NMO, and FFE INDIA TRUST.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is very clean. We have both double and single rooms. Water and electricity are available 24 hours a day. The hostel is allowed by the college authority. The food provided in the mess is of average quality. Nearby PG and rented rooms are easily available.
