For getting admitted to Btech in this college, one must qualify to jee mains and he/she will get a course based on the jee rank and the category to which the applicant belongs. One must participate in dte Haryana counseling through hstes site. All informations are available on hstes site only.

The demand for CE students is more and it's easy to get a job in this field is easy as compared to the core branch. The number of students per faculty is high in the B.tech courses, it's around 1:82. Most of the faculty have either completed their Ph.D. or are pursuing their Ph.D. Sessionals are held twice a semester, while end-semester exams are held once.

The internship opportunities were not very high, only a few companies visited for interns. But for CE students, opportunities are higher for them as compared to other courses. As for the projects they should be just good, they mostly focus on what skills you have gained and how much you are willing to learn.

The Placement rate is as good as the reputation of the college, it's neither low nor very high. As for the CE course, the placement rate is good. The average package for CE is 6 lakhs. The highest package offered this year was around 32 lakhs. Some of the companies that visited the campus are Tcs, Wipro, Samsung, and last year Amazon also visited.

The fee of this college is affordable, almost any student can afford the fee. As for those who are not able to afford scholarships are provided to them by either the state government or college. Loan to needy students is also provided at a 0% interest rate.

Fest are organized in the same way as in any other college but depends on the sponsors they get. The name of the fest of this university is culmyca. But due to covid, no fest has been organized from last two years. The library is quite small according to the reputation of the university. There are various clubs in the college for the different needs of students. For example manan for coding, Ananya for debate, natraja for dance, and the list goes on.
