Remarks
I have given the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination and after the counselling I got admission in Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, Netaji Subhash Engineering College, Garia. I have go through 3 round of counselling process by WBJEE and after that i finally got this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have choose Mechanical Engineering because I had interest in this. But after got into college I found that placement is majorly in CSE, IT, ECE. So if any one want job after graduation they have to start coding irrespective of department. But this year means for 2022 pass out batch Core companies are coming to the Techno India group colleges. placement is excellent in this year. faculties are good and but some faculties are not that much good means I do not talking about their knowledge, I am talking about there Teaching Skills. Student and Teacher ration is good. There are 2 Unit test are there in every Semester and difficulty level is moderate.
Internships Opportunities
Intel is coming to our college for internship offer with a stipend of 40000 per month salary. like this more companies are coming. Some times after internship they get job offer. Every department have there final year project in there syllabus. But you can do any project on your own. College teachers are very helpful in this matter.
Placement Experience
For some departments like CSE,IT, ECE companies are coming to the college in the 3rd Year means 6th semester. But for most of the students The Companies have come in the 7th semester means in the 4th Year. So many companies have come like Intel, Amazon, TCS, Cognizant etc. for Core departments Start-up companies have come. Highest Pakage is like 20-30 LPA for SDE Role, but Some of our student got more in offcampus. In this Year Placement percentage is very high, almost 90% student have got placement. I want to do job after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
In my time means on 2018, Course fees was almost 4 lakh in four years but now it is increased to 6-7 lacs. For that Poor students face some problems. But College have some tie up with some banks so they can get loans easily. I also got scholarship from Bikas Bhabhan also. Coming back to job, I got Of campus offers.
Campus Life
Almost every department has there Fests. Social life is excellent in campus. There are so many clubs are there in the college, so you can develop your skills according to your interest. Library is so large in our college, almost every student get there preferable books. Digital Library facilities are there in our college. Every year Football tournament held in our college.
