About IIHM HYD

There was an E-CHAT exam at the pan India level, for which we have qualified!!! Then there was a GD round and post that PI round by the faculty of IIHM. After all, I received a call from college that I am eligible for the taking admission to college. Then I have to block the seat by paying fees.

The course is really good and knowledgeable, the course is all based upon how you develop your skills. Faculty are well qualified and have good experience in the industry to guide us in a better way. the semester will happen half-yearly in 2 assessments.

Approx every hotel is offering for internship from IIHM. Major work on intenship is to work in all major departments and enhance knowledge. domestic and international internships are available in college.

College placement is quite good, approx every Hospitality company recruits here. after sem 5, we are eligible for campus placement. Till now more than 20 companies visited and recruited a good number of students. The average package is 14-18K per month.

The scholarship is given to only local students of Telangana and AP on their income certificates. The course is a bit costly but worth it to study because of the college environment. Fees are very compulsory to pay before semester exams.

There is a library in the college merged with Computer Lab, a total of 6 classes, 4 major labs, 1 board room, and 1 studio room. No sports activities. There are many events that the college organises. Foodfest, kiosk, indi smart, Food soldier and many uncountable events.

No hostel facility is provided by the college, they have a Tie-up with some locals PGs. Facilities in PG are quite good. Rent per month totally depends upon your sharing roommates, generally, it's 7K per month for 3 sharing members.

Yes, there was GD and PI. My topic for GD was Social Media. After GD, I moved for the PI round, which was taken by the faculty of iihm Kolkata. Rounds were pretty clear and simple to clear the interview.
