Remarks

The admission process is very difficult and due to this students have to wait and check the website regularly. The admission process of Guru Nanak Dev University should be online rather than offline. Admission to Guru Nanak Dev University is a bit complicated.

Course Curriculum Overview

Exams are being conducted in offline mode. There are two examinations in the whole semester: Midterm and Major examination. Major exams have a weightage of 80 per cent and minor exams have a weightage of 20 per cent.

Fees and Financial Aid

Guru Nanak Dev University offers financial aid to poor students whose merit is decided by Mark's in the examination. Students who are active in sports also get scholarships from Guru Nanak Dev University. Guru Nanak dev University offers sc and st special scholarships. The fee for my course is 490000.

Campus Life

Guru Nanak Dev University organizes sports events once every year. All the departments participate in these events. The winners are given trophies and certificates. Jashan is a cultural event organised every year in the month of February.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility of Guru Nanak Dev University is very good however in hostel mess is not good quality of food is not up to date and the milk in mess is very bad condition . Due to this hostel in Guru Nanak Dev University is not a good option

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Why I chose LPU ?

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

All about my college

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Placement Experience:

From the 6 semester you will be eligible for the placement drive. Many companies visited LPU for recruitment and some of them are MNCs also The highest package is 1 crore from my batch and average is 7LPA. Around 90 to 95 % get placed.

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.
