Eligibility for getting English Hons. is at least 50-65% marks. The admission process is simple. During my admission, I first visited the college website and than i went through the admission link which was provided after the declaration of the class 12results. After filling out the admission form the college will give a tentative date for the declaration of the merit list which will be notified on the college website. After the selection, the college will call the students for verification procedure and the rest of the documentation procedure. After all this process the admission will be done.

The course curriculum is good and not too different from other universities. The faculty is good and helpful with a good teaching method. We have 5 professors in total, 2male and 3female processors. The average ratio of students in each sem is around 20-35. The quality of teaching by the professors is pretty good. They have a great knowledge of literature which definitely helps the students to learn more efficiently. The semester exams are conducted within a span of 6 months. 2 exams per year but due to the pandemic, the exams were not scheduled as they were scheduled previously.

As the college is under the government, the fee structure is quite affordable ranging from 3500-to 4500 not more than that. The fees went down during the pandemic and the classes were held mostly on online mode. The students with financial instability also have some scholarship schemes. The students under this category can visit the college office with the required documents and avail the benefits.

Campus life is quite good and memorable. However, most parts of my college life got wasted at home due to pandemics. But I am lucky enough to witness the freshers party conducted by the students union of our college. That was the best day of my college life. There were dance performances and singing performances by the students and the amazing band and DJ session was also there which charged up our moods. Facilities like computer lab, library, science lab, geography lab, canteen and auditorium hall are available. Classrooms are of good size with a total capacity of around 100 students. Talking about the sports I haven't seen much on the field however have witnessed some departmental football tournaments in my initial years.
