From my view.. it's recommended

A minimum of 50-65% is required to get eligible and according to my experience, the students applying must have a percentage between 70-80 to have a good chance of getting admission. The process is easy. The admission form gets available on the college website from where the students can fill up the admission form. The selected students sometimes get notified via mail or their names get appeared in the merit list available on the website. The students were then called for document verification and other admission related procedures. After the verification students have to wait for confirmation and students further get notified regarding the commencement of the classes via SMS or through the college website.

From childhood onwards, I had a great liking for reading and writing. Even from school time, I decided to choose English as my subject for further with this. The department faculty is very decent and helpful. The quality of teaching is good and the professors are highly qualified with good teaching skills. The student ratio is around 25-35 students. In my semester there is a total of 20 students while in other semesters the average number is 30. Our college is under Calcutta university which follows the CBCS system of examination which means we have a semester wise exam which is held every 6 months .r

The fee for my course is affordable which is around 3500-4500 which is pretty decent. The facilities provided by the college under this are average I would say but still it's quite decent. Apart from the fee, there are no such extra charges however the examination form has to be paid which goes to the university which is around 350-400.

The campus is quite good. The college has a big library with an ample amount of books however I faced some issues regarding the library card. Apart from library labs and canteen facility is also there. The canteen food is hygienic and very much affordable. The classroom is of good size which can hold upto 100 students easily. Talking about the fest I didn't get the opportunity to participate due to lockdown. However, I luckily got the freshers party which was organised by the Students Union and we enjoyed a lot. The college also organizes other events and functions on the occasion of women's day, Rabindra Jayanti etc. Some blood donation camps were also arranged in the initial year of my college.
