Firstly the student have to appear in JEE Mains exam that is conducted by NTA every year. The eligibility criteria for admission is that , student has to score a minimum of 54000 rank in JEE Mains maximum to enter the college .The cutoff scenario is different for different branches . Student can check the previous year cutoff list , that is being provided by the college in the JOSAA website. After ensuring the rank , the student has to take part in the counselling process through JOSAA website (josaa.nic.in) .Choice filling process should be done carefully and wisely , student can also take help from YouTube for the counselling process. After choice filling student have to pay rupees 2000 -3000 (it varies yearly ).The fees for counselling also depends on category the student belongs .There is no reservation for OBC students in this college during admission , Other all categories have reservation benefits such as less cutoff , less fees , less counselling fess .

I choose this college because it is in the same state from where i belong and placement scenario as well as the quality of education that is provided by the teachers is excellent . The faculty members of my course (BTECH-CIVIL) are very experienced and have done their PHd's and Masters for top IIT'S of India. Their teaching mechanism is really very good , the doubts can be easily cleared by the teachers . The examination pattern here is similar to all other colleges , in every semester there will a mid semester exam and a final semester examination . The questions in the examination are of BTECH standard , it is easy to pass the exam if the student i s regular and consistent in the classroom . Overall the examination is little bit challenging for students but it is fine because "NOTHING COMES EASY".

CS / IT branch have a good internship opportunity because big and good companies prefer these branches over core branches . Core branches have less opportunities but with good and proper GPA maintained in every semesters can help increase their chance for opportunity with proper skill set and desired knowledge. Companies such as Microsoft , Amazon , Goldman Sachs and many more. Student have to maintain GPA and skills for good internship as well as placements.

Placements in our college starts form 3 year( 6th semester ), in which companies starts coming with their offer. Companies have their own eligibility criteria based on merit( GPA > 8.5) and projects done or any internship done in past. Many famous companies also arrives such Microsoft , Amazon , Goldman Sachs ,Qualcom and many more. The highest package is given for SDE roles . The highest package is 45 lacs . Average package is 10 - 15 lacs. Placement is very good in CS/IT , ECE but it is low in core branches. Almost 80 - 90% students gets placed every year. I have planned for placements in the 3 year .

The fees of the college is a bit high (approx. 1.5 lac / sem ) as compared to other colleges but it also provides various facilities. The hostel and mess fess are quite good. The fess of the college has increased in past few years . There are many scholarship schemes which can be very helpful in financial assistance such as GP-BIRLA scholarship which totally based on students merit in end-semester examination (GPA > 9) approx. 50% fess will be exempted. There are many scholarship schemes managed by the government of India , student can take help from there also. There are various banks in side the campus such as SBI, UCO bank they also provide loan facilities at a quite minimal rates as applicable for the student .

Campus of the college is quite big i would say (780 acres as provided by the college website). There is facilities for every sports except swimming , there is a football ground , 2 badminton courts, hockey ground , 2 gyms , many badminton courts , cricket pitch , athletics track and many more. There are many fests conducted by our college Sports Fest( VAJRA) , cultural fest ( BITOTSAV) and several clubs have their own fests to be conducted every year . They are mainy conducted after August after first semester . Our college have a big library in the main building .The availability of the desired book can be checked online by the website itself . The classrooms are well designed and are of various size . There are lecture hall , classroom , community hall. Classroom are well air conditioned , the sitting arrangement is also quite impressive and well structured , every classroom has a projector for presentation .There are various clubs AVEON, IET, IEEE , LITERARY SOCIETY and many more.

Hostels are big enough for 500 students . There are total 12 hostels . Every room is having LAN facility , light fan, table, bed , racks , power socket, window . The rooms have good ventilation .There are 3 floors . Every floor have 4 bathrooms and a water filter system . Every hostel have a COMMON HALL for indoor games or watching television. Mess food is good but mess food is mess the truth can't be denied , the quality of the food is good , proper hygiene is maintained . The student of the hostel decide the mess menu which can be changed after 2 months . The registration of Hostel is simple , student just after taking admission there is hostel allotment process in which every student has to report to the hostel informed by Officials of Students Affairs. After reporting to the hostels room number will be given as per availability. If the respected hostel if full then a different hostel will be issued. If a student desires for sharing room then sharing room will be allotted.
