Remarks

College management is overall good. Only thing they should consider is returning the security money, that they took from us at the time of admission a bit early.

Entrance Preview

AIEEE, my AIR was 37295 general. I just opted for this college as few of my friends were also going to attend this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course structure is good just one drawback, there is no scope for research works. We were acquainted with the upcoming changes in the industry as well as the new technologies that were upcoming in day to day life. We were given our own freedom to attend classes or use the library for self growth, Our syllabus used to be in sync with the syllabus of the elite colleges like the IIT's but as already mentioned we lagged in the research department.

Internships Opportunities

No, my college didn't provide internship. But however the teachers used to refer few students to various colleges for internship program.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements were somehow good. Majority of the students got placed. The companies visiting the campus were generally service based companies like TCS, wipro and infosys. And their CTC was varying between 3. 2 to 3. 5 LPA. Its not a big sum, but neither a bad one. However there were lot's of OFF campus opportunities that came in our way. And our fellow students were cracking every opportunity that came in their way.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was feasible during our time. The entire 4 year college fees including the hostel accommodation fees for our batch was somewhere around 3. 14 lakhs. The college authority paid a special attention towards the amount of college fees that was to be paid by the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

There were many scholarship facilities that were available for us. The college authority provided us concession in college fees. Based on the need we were given scholarship of 50 to 100% in college fees. Some were given free hostel fees Or free fooding in the hostel mess.

Campus Life

4.5

Campus life was awesome we had lots of fun inside the big campus of ours. Gender ratio was not that too bad, looking at the entire ratio we had a ratio of 3:1 per girl. The campus was lush green with lots of trees and flower plants.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel was the best part being in our college. We had hostels able enough to accommodate 400 students. We had two grounds inside the hostel itself. Big enough to play any game that we wished to play. The only disappointing feature of the hostels were

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, we always has this trend of seniors treating their juniors as their own brothers. Wherever we go our seniors are always their to help us out. They regularly visited the alumni meet and always shared their industry experience as well as guided us to every extent.

Exam Structure

Exams structure was good. We had enough time gap between our practicals and main written papers. We had a proper one or two days gap between our alternate papers thus giving us enough time to rest as well as prepare ourselves mentally as well as physicall

Faculty

3

The faculties were qualified enough, but only few of them actually knew how to deal with the students and make them understand about the subject, i. e only few of them knew how to teach. The science teachers were good, but when it came to the topic of tea

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
