Honest review

I join this college through the open category general quota, secured 3000 ranks in wb jee, and got admission through wb jee counseling, I also appeared in jee main that year but couldn't score a good rank so can I choose CSE. The admission process went well and i easily got admission in this college.

I am studying computer science and engineering and the quality of teaching good, some of the faculties are good and liberal and some are strict every teachers complete their syllabus in time even take extra classes if needed to complete the syllabus but never left the portion. Course curriculum is well updated and good.

As far as I know, students are eligible for campus placement after the 7th semester. Companies such as TCS, Wipro, Berger Paints, and Infosys visit the campus during the college placement drive. It was one of the few colleges of Bengal which could place students in the time of covid with an avg package of 5LPA. Last year many of our seniors got interns from product-based companies like Amazon, Goldman Sachs, etc, and ultimately got PPO's.

The fee for this college is approx 4 lacs. the scholarship is not provided from the college side. But The college has had a good placement offer in the last few years. the college is improving a lot in terms of placement. The college placement committee is responsible for the placement drive of the college. The college can reach the 100% record for placement.

Heritage provides one of the best campuses in Kolkata. The football, cricket, tennis, basketball, etc grounds are perhaps one of the best. Lab facilities are good. As far as I know, college doesn't provide hostel facilities for boys. If they probably provide there are a limited number of seats available and are provided on the basis of distance. Girls can avail the hostel facilities provided to them. Seats will be allotted as per distance as there is a limited number of seats available. Two fests is celebrated here one is technical and one is cultural named dakshh and eclesia.
