Got admitted through my 12th mark sheet. Eligibility for the course is a pass degree 10+2 or equivalent examination in science stream with at least 50% marks obtained by candidates in mathematics subject or in a recognised board.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I had an interest in mathematics more than any other subject. it had a medium level of difficulty. Most of the faculty has completed their Ph.D. Their teaching method was pretty good and easy to understand.
Internships Opportunities
During and after the lockdown many works from home internship opportunities were made available to us tho it wasn't for maths students. However, if you had an interest in marketing, then you could do them.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees generally depend on what category you're from. It is generally affordable for everyone and even if it is not, you can still get a scholarship based on the usual criteria. There are little campus placements or job opportunities provided by the college for maths Hons students.
Campus Life
Only one annual fest happens in the month of March every year. Our library has two floors and both floors are air-conditioned. There are many societies available that you can join according to your interest. the library has all the books available for the students.
