Remarks

After a higher secondary or equivalent exam any student can apply for admission. from the college website we can apply for admission. after 15 scheduled days, we saw results in the admission portal. there are reservation benefits for sc, st, bc. if the website works properly it will be better.

It is A very unique subject that's why we choose the subject. the faculty is very good and the teachers are so beautiful .their teaching methods are very good and unique. the exams are done on a semester basis. The internal exam is easy but the main exam is very tough.

Fees and Financial Aid

Because of government college the cost of study is very low to moderate.the fees are done by semester basis .there is many scholarship lic,Intel and the main scholarship is Swami Vivekananda merit cum means scholarship.

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is pandan and dhul. and departmental fest name is a fiesta,zootopia departmental basis. the the the library has a good amount of books. the classrooms are very good. every year it has a sport named the BNC.and the campus is very good. there is a group named BNC crushes and confessions.

Placement Experience:

Actually this is a general degree University , so I must mention that placement facalities are not so good. But yes , Job Fair is organised in University by some external agencies which offer jobs varying 2-2.5 lakhs per annum . But in the university most of the students do not accept that jobs. Half of the students are more interested on the higher studies. So ahet completing the fourth semester they prepare for PhD. And the another half are preparing for central government sponsored exams like CGL, CHSL, RRB, SBI , IBPS, LIC etc. University has a significant number of students who have qualified for Government Competitive exams.

Actually Some of the Local Companies & Private banks Offer placements which are averagely worth 250000/-. Some of the Students appear for it , but the Number is Very less. Actually In Present Circumstances , Most students wants a stable Government, Especially Central Gov job . So they Prepare for exams like SSC , SBI , IBPS, LIC , RRB etc.

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

My decision to choose this course depended on the fact that this course provides you with the opportunity to get various jobs in the industries with a high lpa. But this college does not help much in that aspect. All I had to do was myself. It is my humble opinion that the institution should improve its guidance in the area of its teaching methods. The exams were twice a year and were quite difficult on their own.

From the 2nd last semester, that is the final year, students become eligible for campus placements. Last year, two of our seniors got placed at Reborn Child Development Centre (Durgapur and Asansol) with an average package of Rs 200,000. All about my College

College is really close to railway station (2.2 km from Bidhannagar Junction), Low cost of fees, Good academics, Spacious, Green, Quiet environment ideal for studying. Only bad thing(according to my opinion) is the teachers are really strict. We can't bunk classes. We enter the college 10. 15 AM and leave at 4. 15PM. Sometimes this can be frustrating....Read More
