Remarks

I took the admission for batch 2020. And that time was the peak of the pandemic of the COVID-19 virus. So my admission was online and no need to find any application forms and other information as the website provides very small detail about the college. Reservation benefits are there for other than general caste and especially able students. It's good though some technical improvements can be done to the ERP.

Course Curriculum Overview

The best part of this college comes here. I chose this course as I couldn't opt for CSE. And the faculties are very talented, supportive, and helping in nature. Their teaching methods are excellent as compared to the other colleges my friends and family ever had. Exams were done on time and proper time was given for self-studies. And as this college conducts practice tests, quizzes, and internals so students are very likely to pass the exams.

Placement Experience

From the end of the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Various companies such as TCS, cognizant, Infosys, Capgemini, etc. visit every year and on an average 25-30 offers are made.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is good and affordable. Many opportunities are given here the whole year. Scholarships and internships are conducted for upgrading the student's overall performance. Especially pupils for the ECE branch get the highest packages than other branch students. And 100% placements are the most attractive part of the college campus.

Campus Life

Annual fest, tech fest, and in between the year many kinds of other fests are observed. The library helps to improve our studies and various books are provided. Self-study facilities are also given. Classrooms are good, student-friendly, and very much comfortable to study. Many extras curricular activities such as poem and story writing, sports, different webinars cultural events, exciting games, and other competitions are conducted. There are clubs. Almost all the clubs are run by the students. Various clubs in SIT are Cinemax club, student club, tech club, music club, and many more.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are good but can be improved. And a student-friendly environment is provided. Meal quality can be improved. The registration process is done by the ERP. And the facilities are good though.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
