The college administration is strict. Academics is good. Faculties are above average. Say no to college hostels.

I had appeared for UPSEE(Uttar Pradesh State Engineering Exam). Scored about 245 marks out of 600 to secure a seat of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in KIET Group of Institutions. This is the best private engineering college in Uttar Pradesh.

Course curriculum is set by university, the KIET has no control over the course curriculum. Inspite of this, the EN department of kiet has made every possible efforts to serve the students with high class study materials. The EN CAD is having various software to worked with. -MATLAB -OPEL RT -PSPICE -ARDUINO

No, our college is not providing any kind of internship. I would request college administration to look into the matter

Placement is average in KIET. Almost all students of CS and IT department get placed. Though the placement in core engineering is very tough, but some different core companies visits KIET for placements. some of the companies that visits KEIT: TCS Wipro Infosys Indian Army, HUL, Capgemini Kronos etc

KIET is not only concerned about the academics of students, but also technical, cultural, sports, management activities. EPOQUE, the cultural fest of KIET, is a platform for students to show their talent(dance, music, singing etc). INNOTECH, the technical fest of KIET, is a platform to show how innovative a engineer can be. RANN, the sports fest of KIET, is providing students platform to look if they can gain career in Sports.

The fees of KIET is around 1 Lakh. Academic Fees 94700(Ninty Four Thousands Seven Hundreds Only). Total fees is around 1 Lakh 20 Thousands including Book bank, college development charges, security money etc. The reimbursement is also available for those who are working in private firm with annual income less than 2 lack.(NON GOVT Employees).

Social Welfare Scholarships are offered by state government. Load facility is available from different banks.

campus life is awesome. The gender ratio is 1:3 (Girls:Boys). Parties are not allowed inside the college campus, though a small celebration is possible, if not objected by other students. Several workshops are organized on regular intervals in KIET. Ragging is prohibited, there is a board in college to eliminate the Ragging

Hostel Fees is 82000 for a pair of roomies. I would rate the hostels 0 on scale of 10,000. The mess food is tasteless. In era of 4G, the internet speed is only 2 mbps, with most of the sites blocked. Infact some educational sites were blocked. I would simply say, please make PG a priority than hostels of KIET.

College seniors are frank. They are ready to share their experience. Alumni are also good, they are well placed.

It is an engineering college. Thus exams are scheduled almost every month in even semester, and in 45 days in odd semester. Students at KIET has to appear for 4 internal exams i.e. CT1, CT2, PRESEMESTER, INTERNAL PRACTICAL exams. CT1 and CT2 consist of 3 Sections with 60 maximum marks. Presemester consists of 3 sections with 100 maximum marks. Internal Practical Exams is offering students maximum marks of 20.

Through counseling. I got admission in KIET through counseling. That too has three steps 1 Document verification by paying DD of 500 2 Choice locking for institutes 3 Confirming the allotted institute by paying a DD of 15000. This 15000 will be adjusted against the college fees that you will pay to college for college academics

Most of the faculties are highly qualified form recognized university or institutes. HOD of department of Electrical Engineering has done his PhD. All the concerned faculties has done their masters form IIT's or NIT's. Some faculties are new and are have less teaching experience, and these should be trained first, to teach the students
