My admission is through the director of technical education (DTE) website on a merits basis. You can find anything about admission on DTE from starting to end even any college's previous year cutoff also. In my college, for my cast, some seats are reserved and I got one of them.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was choosing this because I have an interest in industrial sectors. In my college, my faculty was very helpful to me and then explain well details of any topics. And near about 80% of the faculty are PhD holders with excellent communication and teaching skills. And about exams, it has two terms in one education year and in which two semesters are their and papers are moderately difficult.
Internships Opportunities
I was not given any internship but some students get this in Atlas Copco and many other companies and some of them get jobs through which on their performance. Also, colleges having own paid internships in which they give all guides to students to make an electric racing vehicle or mechanical vehicle.
Placement Experience
Campus placement was very good at that time 1200 placements were done including all Sinhgad institutes. Many top companies are there like Atlas Copco, TCS, Infosys, cognizant, LnT etc. In my branch, the highest package is 7 lakh per year and the average is 1.7 lakh per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
I was paid 20000 per year fees as I am having cast reservation but not worry because for open cast also have EBC scheme so they get refund their some amount of college fees amount as they have around 110000 fees. And I am also having a scholarship. In the end, the college also gives some running internships and final placements also.
Campus Life
The college has a big 4-floor central library which has great space to study and a rooftop on which a small cafe and snacks centre is their. Also, the campus is very enjoyable you can't forget after college and college also run many cultural programmes which you can't forget.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel having 60000 per year that time and provide canteen for launch and dinner and good rooms. Food provided in canteen is some time very good some time average but you love and also hostel having good campus to with attached snacks centre and central library. If you want to stay outside hostel then you have to pay around 3000 per month include hot water for bath but no launch or dinner system you have to find nearby mess.
