Remarks

Best college clean and qualified teachers I love the college because it is managed beautifully. Nice extra curricular activities. Good for science as well as for other streams too . The students are encouraged to all sports events and cultural events conducted by university and other college campuses. Our college have big sports ground to play all type sports and athlete games. Good lab facility is available for all students. Good spacious library and with major collections of books in all subjects.

Entrance Preview

Admission is based on your HSC (science) score. University has their own admission process in which you have to clear the FEAT entrance test which is in the university only followed by the GD and the personal interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Best of this course for me because my interest is in this course and i am practically fully experienced for that type of knowledge and my college faculty is upper level knowledge and they helping to our full mark and best engineer. Course structure for this college is well and good. "The course curriculum is well diversified, it is more kind of a general course which sets the base for the higher studies like MCA, Msc etc.

Internships Opportunities

The college provides many internships and scholarships to students of all courses and years. As I'm in the first year and it has been only three months I haven't yet been a part of any internship but not actively everyone is aware about the same .

Placement Experience

3.5

There is a very limited provision of camping in geology are available only after completing the masters degree. But a few private companies do take students who excel in their Bachelors course. The pay offered by such companies is impressive but such opportunities are few. All major IT firms, right from Infosys, Tech Mahindra (former Satyam), TCS, Wipro, etc. Either visited the campus or the placements were arranged. Most of the class was placed through these interviews.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is extremely expensive. The fee for the Bsc course is close to 5 lakh per annum. This includes the laboratory, WiFi, maintenance and the tuition charges. The fee structure, to be frank, its very expensive.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty of my time were quite good to be teaching to us. But as the time passed by, few of the good teachers left us and the new teachers coming. Now the faculty has completely changed. The permanent faculty is very qualified and even the guest lecturers hired were very thorough in their subject of expertise. Teachers are good and they take full interest in teaching the students but I feel the lab work need to be more elaborate with brief through examples.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
