Remarks

RSB is a good college, so I took admission in this college.But joining here, doing classes I get to know it's not that good.Yes, we are provided with every facilities but for this we paid lot of money from our Pocket.Faculties also shows more interest to the academically good Students.They do not care much about the rest.But from this college I make so many friends with whom I share a good relation always.

Entrance Preview

Every Student have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by our college.Clearing this entrance , we all have appear in personal interview round.Eligibily criteria for MBA aspirants are graduate with minimum 50%marks in graduation and 45% marks for those belong to reserved category.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is designed for 2 years.Altogether we have to appear for 4 semesters.Two semester exam held in June and two semesters exam held in December.I specialised in human resource.In the first year, there is only management paper.In the second year, we have to study our specialised papers.In the final semester, there is only practical.Syllabus is hectic for me.

Campus Life

Campus life is good.But it's good only because of my friends.Otherwise I found my college adminstration is so much strict.Once we entered in the campus, we are not allowed to go out untill the class finish.Every day, we have to follow strict discipline.Class and library we should visit always, this is a strict rule made by our principal.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel life is in short enjoyable life.Fun, laughter and enjoyment all I did in this 2year in my hostel.It is very sad moment for all of us in the time of hostel farewell.I still remember everyone of us cried so much in that night.Now, also I am missing my hostel.Mess food is not that good.It cooked very simple so I don't like it much.

External Expense: More Than Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna

Before joining in this college, I never thought Alumni are so helpful and supportive.I personally got so many help from them .I overcome my shy nature due to the help of alumni.In the beginning of my college days here, I never participated in any activity except study.But for their support and help I over my introvert nature.

An insight to college life

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for Summer Internship from 2nd semester while for Final placements from 5th semester. Some of the companies which come for placement are JP Morgan & Chase, Decathalon, BNY, Mastercard, Cocoblu, Bajaj, ICICI Bank. The highest which was offered was of 24 Lakhs while the average is 14 Lakhs. 85% of students are getting placed. My plans after getting the degree is to work for an organization and learn and grow in the management field.

The placements at ISSM Business School are excellent, with students becoming eligible from the final semester and nearly 100% placement achieved, as top companies like Wipro, Accenture, TCS, and Deloitte visit the campus offering roles across various domains, with packages ranging from around ?6 LPA to ?29 LPA and an average of about ?13.6 LPA, and after completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job through campus placement and grow professionally in my chosen field.

Placement Experience:

In issm they provide 100 % a placements because the overall strength of the colleges for campus 1 180 and campus 2 is 130 so it's very easy for them to get students place and companies like Deloitte and lots like that be company are coming so that training take you is so definitely the students can get placed under percent

About ISSM BUSINESS SCHOOL

Placement Experience:

In ISSM they are offering internship opportunities for students in 2 semester itself. And most of the companies are offering PPO (Pre Placement Offer) for the interns. Probably mid of 3 semster the students will placed as full time employee before complete their MBA degree. No college will give this kind of opportunities for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I preferred MBA because i need to gain knowledge about business and managing skill, Where it can help me in future for my own business! But why i have Choose ISSM is because their teaching method is very interesting and i'm a student prefer to practical class rather the theory books! and even they provide Dual Degree at low fees structure. So ISSM provides that so i joined ISSM.

Rajalakshmi School of business needs at least any of the aptitude tests (MAT, CAT, GMAY, Etc) to be attended by the candidates. Also, every candidate should have a minimum of 50% in their 10th 12th and Graduation.
