My causal to professional life @ OBS

The selection process was done by my OJEE score, then I was allowed a seat for a personal interview. It was all most for 30 mins by Dean sir. He asked me many questions about business, the market, and my existing knowledge of commerce. It was a smooth ride for me though I got an idea of how to be ready for the PGDM course.

We have 4 specialization papers. Along with marketing, HR, finance, and port shipping logistics is there. I am planning to take HR with Port shipping logistics as my dual specialization. I am developing myself for HR jobs so along with my PGDM Institute will provide me with an extra certification course related to HR operation during my 2nd year. The faculty member of our college very friendly and they guide us to enhance our skills. The ratio of faculty and students ratio is 1:15 All the faculty of our college have 15 years' experience as well as good industrial knowledge. The exam is conducted every 3 months and we maintain proper distance at the time of the exam.

The college provides us best internship program as per our specialization. During our college time the college internship program at Decathlon, FMCGs, ITCs, insplore consultant, and talent corner. I got selected as an inspiring consultant for an HR specialization and I got some knowledge in the e-recruitment process.

We are eligible to go for campus selection after the completion of the 5th trimester. The companies that come for the selection are GATI, BIJUY, BLUE DART, etc. The package is off 4.5 lakh. After getting the degree I want to get a job in a multinational company.

The fee structure is based on the market conditions. In my batch due to Covid situations, I paid 3 lakh and our college provides an ODM merit scholarship of 15000 Rs. I have done my internship as an insplore consultant in human resource management.

The campus life is energizing and engaging because we use to spend most of the time on our campus and we have done different cultural programs like foundation day celebration, convocation, Diwali, Swachh Bharat activity, and also picnic parties. The industrial tour is a part of our curriculum. We have a digital library as well as a reference physical library. We have air conditioning classes and enough space.

The hostel facility is too good. They used to maintain the basic requirements and they maintain the cleanliness in hostels. The meal quality is too good and also provide different items as per the menu. Registration process was simple, no advance amount is paid for food. I am paying on yearly basis and for food monthly basis
