Remarks

The selection process is through the OJEE score. A personal interview is taken. It is taken by the dean sir. The interview duration is around 10 to 15 mins. I got to know more about the college from the interviewer. Finance-related questions were asked me.

One of the best reasons to choose this course is it provides a wide range of practical knowledge about business and corporate management as well as managerial communication skills. Faculty members are experts in their fields their teaching style is also impressive. They define each and every topic with their practical knowledge which helps us to easily understand.

Internships Opportunities

I have done my internship in max fashion in the retail sector. It is one of the good MNCs. I have done a project on customer satisfaction and taken feedback from the customers. customer handling and swot analysis of max fashion..it was a good exposure and I have learned so many things about the retail sector.

Placement Experience

Generally, after the 3rd trimester students become eligible for campus placement .companies visited are Max fashion, ITC, decathlon, blue dart, gati etc and between 7-8 CGPA of students get their placement in reputed companies. on the average the highest package offered in the last yr is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs. After getting the degree I would like to invest the knowledge I earn during my course in a reputed organisation where I can flourish my skills and knowledge.

Fees and Financial Aid

course fees are reasonable. ODM has a scholarship but I am not eligible for it. During the summer internship program, we got internships in some well-known MNCs.So we are hoping we get good placements accordingly.

Campus Life

I am enjoying my campus life at ODM business school. We use to celebrate festivals like Diwali, Ganesh puja and many other festivals and food fest is also organised. In Diwali competition like rangoli, the best attire and ramp walk is organised. Convocation is also organised for senior students. our classrooms are good.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are nice with attached bathrooms. Ac and ceiling fans are available in rooms. Every day room is cleaned by cleaning staff. The meal is overall average as compared to home food. sometimes we get sweets and special cuisines during the festival.

Interview Experience

Yes, I have faced an interview during admission. Generally topic was related to my past qualifications. Questions are related to the bcom syllabus. And also I attended a written test as it was admission qualifying criteria. It was done in offline mode. My interview experience is good it was in the online mode.

As it is under biju pattanak university of technology, rourkela affiliated soo the course curriculum is from bput syllabus and this is the syllabus where is cover total the real word application. And course caruculm is very real to university.because of pratical and other course is based on real worlds this is good to choose.i will suggest the theory class and pratical class should be more improved.as this is a good and reputation college in Bhubaneswar soo the smarts board and 3d or 2d animation should be used in engineering department course.good time for study and research soo i will say this is moderate difficulty level

Life at BGU

Placement Experience:

After the summer internship. The college started giving campus placement training and during the month of September, students got placement already. Companies like TATA AIG, Collegedunia, Federal Bank, Delloite, ADP, TCI, SIS, HDFC AMC. IDFC BANK. Practo, ADVARISK, AXIS BANK. Property pistol came and took a maximum of students. The highest package was offered by international companies like property pistol with 22 lac CTC and average being 5lacs. Mostly the profile was on sales and marketing. only a few fintech companies could recruit students. Till now around 96% of students are placed in different domains and already started working. I am fortunate enough to get placed in the FEDERAL bank with 10lac CTC and as a fresher joining such a big company will be extremely grateful to the college and its placement team. They personally look after students drawback by the feedback they get from the recruitment teams and suggest where to improve and give a number of opportunities to seat for the company.

Remarks:

All are good,but only fooding quality is below the level.And also it does not have any playground available to play outdoors games.only it have not a playground but this college have good class room,WiFi campus, Computer centre,canteen, language lab and hostel are there.

Entrance Preview:

I appeared for MAT (90 percentile) and CAT (80 percentile). I preferred this college as I heard a lot about this college from the alumni and checked the ratings too. The course structure is different than other colleges so I found it interesting. The college faculty is well experienced. The course is different from other colleges.
