Remarks
Admission was strictly on a merit basis, especially for Bcom(Accounting and Finance). Application is available offline by paying application form fees. They will consult and advise you on which course is best for you based on interest, percentage etc. After that submit the required documents and within 3-4 days it will be approved. And your admission is completed.
Course Curriculum Overview
Among courses offered in the commerce stream, the Best one is Bcom(Accounting and Finance) which I opted for. The reason is it provides overall knowledge of commerce. Also especially suitable for students pursuing CA, CS course. The student ratio was 40 to 50. most of the faculties were professionals say CA/CMA/CS. the exams were held in the interval of 6 months. It comprises of 6 semesters. The difficulty ratio to pass was medium one.
Placement Experience
Job placements are available after the end of the last semester. In the case of commerce, the average package for selected candidates is 6 to 7 lakhs. Many companies visit and select skilled candidates the highest package to date is around 10 to 12 lacs while the average package is 6 to 7 lacs. The percentage of students getting placements is around 40%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fees were between Rs.18000 to Rs.20000 There is no hostel facility. The above fees exclude the cost of Books etc. the scholarship is provided by the college. Also, financial assistance is given in case of genuine reasons. Also, campus placement is provided with an average annual package of Rs.6 to 7 lakhs per annum.
Campus Life
Social life is full of fun-loving & knowledge enhancement. The annual fest is conducted in the month of January. Also, dance, sports, and competition quizzes are conducted named "MRIDANG".
