Remarks

To get a seat, the NEET UG entrance exam is to be given. There are 250 seats in bmcri.15% under all in quota and 85 in state quota. There are reservation benefits also. The application and admission process is through the kea website.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is of 5 and a half years of duration. The faculty is fantastic and highly qualified. Teaching is good. Exams are moderately difficult. There are internal which are followed by final exams. Theory and practical exams are to be given.

Internships Opportunities

There is one year of compulsory internship. The stipend is given every month. During the internship, you will be posted in different departments. This will help you gain some knowledge and experience about the department and the work.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are collected per term. There are 9 terms. Each term fee is approx. 27000 rupees. There are scholarships available for example NSP, vidhyassarathi, etc. Apart from these, there are costs for books and some instruments.

Campus Life

Cobalt skies, the intercollege fest, and an intercollege fest, chrysalis are conducted every year. The college has a digital library. There are sports clubs, dance groups, and student associations, research groups.

Hostel Facilities

3 sharing rooms with common washrooms are provided. The mess food is good. It costs around 2200 rupees each month. The hostel is close to the college and hospitals, so it is easy to go postings and come to mess for lunch.

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.

the classes are taken regularly in preclinical and paraclinical subject and some of clinical subjects as well. these are slidepresentation, demonstration and group discussions. there is great learning opportunities. case discusions are done in clinical postings. integrated leaning is not much practiced and would be drawback. library timings are not suitable at all.

Mbbs course is one of the high respective course. We want to face many struggles during exams. But in future we will become excellenct doctor. Exams are not that much tough, but still passing marks in mbbs course is 40% (cbme curriculum). Last year it was 50% passing marks. We want to practice diagram for anatomy and physiology we want to write short notes.

The curriculum is great. It is followed as per RGUHS ( Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences) guidelines. There are currently RS4, RS5 and RS6 curriculums. Each curriculum is different in it's own way. The pattern of subjects, exams and NEXT exam has changed as per each year and curriculum.

We have internals once in around 3 months and we have yearly final exams. The average of the three internals is added to the final marks to declare the results. The exams are of average difficulty. Not too difficult to pass.

Placement Experience:

The first batch of students is passed out in this year from our college. Now they are doing their house sutgency. Besides they are preparing for their pg studies. Most of the students will opt for higher studies like MS, MD, etc. Our hospital is average with average cases. And specialty hospital construction work is going on.
