My college needs more seats for cse students otherwise I loved to study in this college. But some of my friends can't take the computer science department because of the lower reserved number of seats. The campus is very good. My college needs to hire more companies for those who are not getting a job yet.
Course Curriculum Overview
CSE students have good opportunities for placement. Faculty:student ratio=1:7 Well-qualified facilities and some professors have good teaching quality. Semester every 6 months and moderate level difficulty to pass the exam.
Internships Opportunities
Some companies like TCS, and Wipro, are cognizant that they are hiring interns for short-term periods to give them training and stipend. Stipend 6-20k rs per month. Android projects, java based projects, Big data Hadoop projects, etc.
Placement Experience
After the 6th or 7th semester students are eligible for campus placement. Company visits-cognizant, Wipro, etc. The highest package is 6lakh as far I know. CGPA above 6.5 to get a lower to the average job. And CGPA above 8 to get a good job.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure -1st and 2nd semester 38000rs; 3rd and 4th semester -40000rs, 5th and 6th semester -42000rs, 7th and 8th semester -44000rs, The opportunity of scholarship is medium. I was not get a job by through college campus.
Campus Life
Every Year in Jis College of engineering an Annual college Tech fest happened in February or March and different kinds of technical projects were done by students. Availability of different kinds of books is present. Classrooms are adequate for students. Every year different kinds of sports tournament happen. Social group:-Jisce FB official page.
