Remarks

Our seniors were very naughty but some was very serious regarding other stufie. Few people who struggled for their dream had finally succeed with a package of 12 lakhs

Entrance Preview

I have taken WB-JEE exam and got a decent score. With my WB-JEE score i got a seat in and civil engineering based up on my counselling which is done by staff of the college.

Placement Experience

Max of all the students get placed. Average salary is around 3.6 lakh per year there students who don't have any backlogs during there course they will be having an interview and late a written exam. Many companies cone for campus recruitment

Campus Life

First of all there will be fixed seats for girls.maximum every students mingles with each other does not feel any shall of us be like brothers and sisters. Our college has fully equipped workshop

Hostel Facilities

There is common hostel provided for both b.tech and mca students. For each person table and cupboard is provided. Regarding food the quality is just an average but it is limited for student. There is ground Behring our hostel which makes us time pass well.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
