The admission process at BIMTECH is pretty smooth. You can get into it through CAT, XAT and CMAT with decent percentile ranging from 75+ For Cat, Xat and 90+ percentile for CMAT. Application form fees are Rs 2000 and you can fill in your Best score among the three Entrance tests. The form is open for applicants for 3 to 4 depending upon Exam of CMAT, giving you a chance to increase your Probability of selection with another B school.

The fee is approximately 16 lakhs including the hostel. There are a number of scholarships you can avail of at Bimtech. Cat test takers with 85+ percentile are given a 2 lakhs scholarship on their fees while toppers in each section are given a 50000 scholarship per term. Apart from it, other scholarships are also available for different categories like EWS, Minorities etc. Bimtech comes under the top institute of India, so various Banks including SBI, and Bank of Baroda offer full course fees loans at concessional rates

There is a bunch of events conducted by Student conduit and clubs. Each conduit and clubs are have its own specialisation like finance, Media, Marketing etc. Club Metier is designed to contest Corporate and Inter B School Competition. Sports events like Bimtech Premier League, Senior vs Junior and other along conducted from time to time to build holistic personalities.

The college is fully residential and you can opt to take an outside hostel. The hostel is fully air-conditioned along with facilities like Laundry, separate washing machines, and iron machines for emergency situation for dressing up. The mess provides quality food with a large variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. All the meals are fully vegetarian which comes as a con for Non-veg lovers.
