The eligibility to the course for 95% was based on a merit seat that is sorted through the KEAM engineering entrance exam provided by CEE Kerala, and the rest 5% of the seats are provided via NRI seat allotting. First of all, after qualifying for the entrance examination, you have to apply for the allotment process which is done in 3 steps along with a trial allotment, then based on the rank of the applied student's various departments are sorted and listed out. Admission is firstly based on online registration and after that appearing at the college physically for confirmation. As of now, it is so convenient way of application.

I personally choose this course because I am most interested in the software field rather than hardware, so information technology was the better choice than computer science and engineering. The faculty are so ready to provide any help at any time, the college has a library, and along with that, each department has its own unique library that is put up by the faculty and students unitedly. Most of the faculties are assistant professors and along with professors, they teach the student by evaluating their skill and ability to suck up the content of their study. they are not teaching for salary, but to enlighten the student with knowledge and knowledge is power. The curriculum is based on 8 semesters, and each semester comes with two internal exams and one semester-end exam, the same for practicals along with assignments.

the fee structure is based on CEE Kerala and cape guidelines. there is a 35000/- rupee of tuition fee along with 5500/- rupees of PTA fund every annum, a total of 40500/-. and in the first year, you have to pay a little extra to compromise the caution deposit.,total 45500/-. College provides many scholarships like E-grants and many more provided by the government of Kerala, and tuition fee waivers for selected students.

there is Fresher's day at the beginning of class for first years, union day around April and 2 day long arts day in may month. College is strictly banned from ragging so that all the students can enjoy total freedom within the campus. inter-zone sports camps are held in college for weeks without disturbing the regular curriculum. external support on out-of-syllabus fields and application-level programs are conducted by student groups, like NSS< IEDC, IEEE, Share info, and Google developers society.
