Remarks
The admission is very smooth. You can take admission in either Kairakal or Pondicherry. The fee is pretty affordable. The application is done online via the counseling process. Hostels will be allotted with 2 people in a room in 1st year and single rooms during 2nd year. The professors are very friendly people. You need to get around 700 marks to get into JIPMER pondicherry. We also have campus fests and quizzes. It's in the quaint little town of pondicherry which is very beautiful. It's a good experience to join JIPMER.
Course Curriculum Overview
I like this course so I decided to join it. There are a lot of people in JIPMER. Faculty here are very student friendly, ready to solve doubts. There's a JIPMER student association too. And exams will be strict and scared matter. Correct will be done seriously. It's important that you maintain dignity and persevere here.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees haven't increased in a long time. They are constant and you need to pay them once a year. I didn't get any scholarships so I don't know much about that. During the internship, you get a stipend of around 23,000/- per month.
Campus Life
There'd a huge library which is open 24/7. It has books, journals, wifi, and previous question papers. There's an annual fest Spandan which happens during September and is organized by 3rd-year MBBS students of JIPMER. There are soo many clubs like Art, dance, music, etc. You can join anything.
