Eligibility For B.Tech - 12th from recognized Boards like CBSE, ICSE and in the 12th-grade physics and math must have been required subjects JEE mains scores are used to determine admission to B.Tech programmes. LEET exam results are used to determine eligibility for admission to third-semester B.Tech. Open counselling is also available if empty seats are available after all three rounds of HSTES counselling. Reservation for Sc and ST available.
Course Curriculum Overview
Choose CSE just because I am interested in coding. The faculty: student is around 1:70 for all classes of B.Tech. Most of the computer science engineering faculty members are Ph.D. and are well qualified. The faculty's approach to teaching is excellent. The exam schedule is adhered to exactly as it is listed in the academic calendar. Monthly examinations are taken as sessional and semester exams with a medium level of difficulty are taken after the semester.
Placement Experience
The placements are excellent. Many prestigious companies visit the university to hire students. MDU does not, however, help its students find internships. Annual visits to the campus are made by organizations including Daffodils, Legato, Nagarro, khoj, Gemini Solutions, G R Infraprojects, and Delloite. The majority of CSE students are hired by famous businesses, with an average placement of 6-7 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of our course at our college is 70000 per year. 34000 for an even semester and 36000 for an odd semester. The student with the best grades each semester is eligible for a scholarship. From the Haryana government, there is a post- Matric scholarship that lasts for four years.
Campus Life
Campus life is sort of dull; we only go there to attend classes; there is no other compelling reason to enroll in college. There are no clubs in which students can take part. Except for the large youth festival, which attracts participants from several colleges it's a big 2-3 day fest, and no festivals will be held here. The library is quite large; there are two libraries, one tiny with solely Btech-related literature and the other a three-story university library with a large a/c reading room that is open around the clock. As a result of the fact that Haryana is well-known for its sporting events, I can affirm that there are no compromises made when it comes to sports. We even have a cricket stadium and swimming pool with a 15ft depth. State-level sports competitions are held here.
Hostel Facilities
Average hostel rooms come equipped with a bed, a table, a chair, and an almirah on a per-room basis. Students in the third and fourth years are granted private rooms, whereas those in the first and second years share rooms with two other students. The annual hostel fee, not including mess expenses, is 14,000. The students themselves pick the variety of food by forming a mess community, and the quality of the cuisine in the mess varies from hostel to hostel. Boys may go out whenever they want, even at three in the morning.
