For getting admission to Heritage Institute of Technology Kolkata, there are 2 ways either wbjee or jee. For getting good branches in this collection, a rank under 10000 is enough or below 90000 ranks in jee.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty members are very helpful and always there guiding you and solving your doubts. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students ready for the industry, So altogether it is awesome.
Internships Opportunities
Our college provides internships to its students during their 5th semester. And all the students give their best so that the companies can classify them on the basis of their hard work and dedication to learning.
Placement Experience
The placement of the upper branches is good. The average placement is 4 LPA. But placement in core branches is not that good. Earlier, a total of 620 students were placed during Heritage Institute of Placements 2020.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is pretty average. It is about 4 lakh for four years excluding hostel and mess fees. For West Bengal students there are TFW(Tuition Fees Waiver) seats in every branch. Apart from that svmcm and other scholarships are also available for WB students.
Campus Life
Campus life is pretty awesome. The library is available from 8 am to 8 pm and there you can find almost a variety of books and journals. Computers are also accessible in the library. Apart from this, there are mandatory extra curriculum activities from different clubs in college like sports, coding, online gaming etc
