Remarks
The admission process is based on either of the exams like JEE MAINS, PERA CET, MHT CET and there is also college exam for it. You also get scholarship for scoring good marks in these exams. Eligibility:- 12th boards more than 75% and Jee mains more than 80 percentile, PERA CET more than 85%. Course Curriculum Overview
Computer science and engineering is the best course taught in the college. The faculties are qualified enough. Sometimes they suck as they have to rush the syllabus but they provide online sessions also for doubt clearance. Examinations are divided in four parts per semester. There are 2 unit tests of 20 marks and 1 unit test mcq type and then the end sem examination. You just have to study ,not that hard , you can score good marks easily.
Internships Opportunities
Internship are available from 3rd year and you can apply for any of the companies. The internships are paid and unpaid offered by different companies. The main focus is for providing you the experience before applying for jobs.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students can apply for interviews and companies start coming into the campus. Companies like Tata, wipro, Amazon, google, mahindra, Microsoft, and many mncs come for offering jobs. Highest package offered last year was of 69 lacs. I know it's a weird number. The company was us based. 92 percent student get placed every year.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees when I took admission was 215000 for the first year and by 2025 it reaches 250000. Scholarships through Jee mains is more than 90 percentile , for PERA CET is more than 95 percent, MHT CET is 95 percent too then you'll be availing scholarship from 30000 to 50000 per year. But you have to maintain a cgpa of 8 or 8+ to continue the scholarship.
Campus Life
The campus life in the campus is best in the whole state. There are regular events and celebrations conducted. Persona fest is the point of attention which is held in February for all the cultural fest. Sports are a lot good in the college you can play any sport from cricket to swimming and there are regular sports events like Inter collegiate, WPU summit and Vishwanathan sports meet which are held from October to january in quick Succession. There are also selections for All india university teams. There are different clubs run by students like gdsc, aces, codechef. All of them are national level clubs.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels rooms are good and there is 24hrs running water and also geyser is provided. There are personalized cupboard for students. The rooms are available in 3&4 sharing. Meal quality is good and the quantity is also God but after a time you'll get bored of it????. Registration form will be provided after the admission. It costs around 1.5 lacs per year including all the fees mess and room. Very expensive. The locality is good and it is very close to the college like walking distance.
