Remarks
I got into this college through Wbjee Entrance Exam. With a rank of about 9000. Anyone can find detail about the exam on wbjee 's website. The only problem I faced is the Wbjee exam is held only in west Bengal so if you are an outsider you have to travel to appear in this offline exam.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course is under CSE so I prefer to choose this. And also In this college core companies visit rarely so This is my only choice of mine. The student's faculty ratio is good. Maximum teachers are well qualified but they don't know how to teach so that every student can grasp it. But Yes some of the few are good also. We have promised for this course is Industry ready course. For exams, You have to Study well.
Internships Opportunities
From 3rd year last semester internship opportunities are open for students. Those who have skills can get this. Many projects related to real-world based are demanded by companies to show for getting intership.
Placement Experience
From the end of 3rd-semester students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, Wipro, and similar companies visit here. The highest package was about 32 lakhs per annum and the average is about 5 to 6 lakh. 80 to 90 % of students get placed but 60 to 70 % of them got placed with the amount of average package.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee was about 484000 total of 4 years. But this will be revised and increased every year with a new batch of Students. You can't avail of any national scholarship because the college name will not show on the National Scholarship Website.
Campus Life
Many Annual fests are held here with good chief guests. No monthly fest organized. Books are available in the Library but the Library is too small in size. You can't play cricket here. The ground is too small. Many clubs like Geekonix, IIC, etc are run by students in this college.
