VIIT review

The admission process was smooth enough. I got selected through my mhtcet score. It is a Maharashtra state-level examination same as jee mains but the level of questions is pretty easy here. I was selected under reservation OBC category in the Computer Science Engineering department for B.Tech 4 years course.

Since this college is autonomous so they take care of most of the things. It is easy to take care of your academics and other skills that you might learn by yourself. Not much academic pressure. Teachers here are supportive and understand our problems.

We get to get many internship opportunities here from the third year itself college start introducing students to internship opportunities and starts its preparations. Just the thing is student need to respond positively and should follow the instructions of the college.

This college provides pretty decent placement in an average package of around 4 to 6 lakh per annum. And the highest package might go to 20 to 30 lakh per annum from the last two to three years our college is getting opportunities from product-based companies as well.

Fees here annually are one lakh seventy thousand during my time of admission. But if you are from a reserved category then you might have to pay half of the fees which is around ninth seven thousand. You can get a scholarship if you are good in academics and are getting a good CGPA.

There are so many clubs here. It helps a lot to build the academic and social life you get to interact with your seniors and juniors and faculties and get to learn a lot. Rest in college life is not that good since everyone is busy with their activities but if you are an extrovert you will never face any friendly issues. All the books are available in the library.

I live here in a hostel. hostel fees are around 60 to 70 thousand yearly and rest you have to manage your monthly expenses as well depending on how much you spent. But you can get pretty good food hunting places nearby like FC road and all.
