You can get into this college by clearing JEE MAIN with a 97+ percentile by following JEE MAIN eligibility criteria. It has a smooth admission process as you have to apply on JoSAA after JEE and then report to Institute. You can get category-based reservations here but you will not get any concession on fees, all students have to pay the same fees.

The computer science and engineering department are best here as you get a good environment with decent infrastructure. The curriculum is on point without any other additional subjects. Here faculty: student is almost 1:20. All the faculty members are Ph.D. holders in their field of knowledge. There are 2 sessional exams and 1 end semester exam followed by assignments and quizzes conducted.

Internship opportunities are quite here because the TNP cell is active throughout the year to get on-campus and off-campus opportunities to students. Recently Amazon, grow, Morgan Stanley, intuit, and SMS Datatech Japan completed their internship drive here with stipends varying from Rs 20000 to Rs 80000 per month.

From the 7th semester students become eligible for on-campus placements, recently Amazon, intuit, Goldman Sachs, grow, etc. drive appear for internships. The college has the highest package of Rs. 44 lakh and an average of Rs 10 lakh. Generally, students get profiles for SDE, data analysis, data engineering, and data scientists.

You can see a comparatively costly fee structure among other IIITs you can avail of all central and state govt scholarships, and administration will help you to get as per your domicile. You can easily apply for a student loan with the college's SBI branch.

There are 2 annual fests, TantraFiesta - tech fest and Abhivyakti - cultural fest. Recently in tech fest, Mr. Sandeep Jain (CEO and Founder of GeeksForGeeks) and Arsh Goyal visited here. You can use college library with lots of books and also e-library with a collection of more than 1000 books. All classrooms are well air-conditioned with high speed Wi-Fi, projector and sound proofing. Outdoor Sports activities are currently not available as grounds are under construction but indoor you can have chess, table tennis, carrom and a complete gym. There are various technical and cultural clubs like dot slash, robaroo, etc. Which are active for student development.

The hostel is quite good with all the modern Amenities on 11 floors, 6 elevators, and 4 dining halls. The food menu is good here you have 4 meals a day with a weekly non relating menu. The registration process is so simple just go to the hostel office, pay the fees, fill out the form and get your keys.
