Remarks
The admission occurs through the West Bengal joint entrance examination. The cutoff rank for Techno main salt lake is up to 5000. The admission process and counseling are conducted by the west Bengal government and the allotment of college is done online. After allotment to college, you can take admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
The term examination is conducted in June and December for even and odd semesters. The exam was conducted timely. The questions are not too much tough. If we can practice the previous year's questions and Textbook standard questions then they are sufficient. The teachers here are excellent and friendly.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities are given from the second year of college. Many companies are visiting to hire interns like Wipro, Infosys, epam, etc. The interns are higher for software development roles in many companies.
Placement Experience
All the students are our computer science department are placed. The CTC is between 4 lacs per annum to 12 lacs per annum. They are very supportive in placement sessions. They trained students for placements by taking mock interviews and coding sessions.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are not any scholarships given by the college and not any financial assistance. The scholarship announced by the central government can be taken by students. The placement occurs in the third year of college. The internships start in the second year of college.
Campus Life
There are many groups run in college. The sports club, dancing club, social welfare club, and Tech club are known as Geekonix in our college. There are various fests organized by the different clubs during the year.
