Apna College

The admission process went smoothly and the college admission members were very helpful and interactive. If I were to rate my college, it would be around 8 out of 10. This is just that our college being in the city has a very small campus and the college dream of every student having a good campus experience is not there. Otherwise, everything else is up to the mark be it interaction with seniors or campusing etc

So basically we gave all our exams online till now, due to COVID but our 3rd semester is going to be offline and offline exams are a little difficult compared to the online ones. Talking about term exams we gave them both online and offline and those were pretty easy to pass actually if you study properly.

As I am a 2nd-year student I don't know details about internships and campusing. All I have heard is that college provides decent internship opportunities. Different companies approach us through WhatsApp about training and internship after training but those are all paid.

Honestly speaking I actually don't know about the policy of fees hike...because at the start of our course we were given a fee structure where the fees for every semester were written and throughout our course, it s going to be the same. My total cost to study BTech in ECE is around 4.94l ac in 4 yrs...which is pretty decent. Talking about scholarships there are many state scholarships a student can avail like the Swami Vivekananda scholarship or the student credit card. Apart from these, there are many central government scholarships as well.

The annual fest is held by a club called ankuran and the fest's name is anakrunos. It is both a cultural and technical fest. Our biggest and best fest in Kolkata is Edge which is a technical fest where different celebrities are invited as guests and are sponsored by companies like Asus, Msi, etc. Most of these fests take place in the months of July and August. Regarding library you can only get books related your course and nothing else. Amenities are like basic lights and fan and for audio visual we have different conference rooms. Sports like cricket, football, badminton , tug of war, chess etc are played
