IIITN - Legacy and Future.

One needs to take the Jee(Main) exam and qualify for it. Passing class 12 is mandatory. Admissions are based on JEE(main) rank and they are done through Josaa counselling and CSAB special rounds. Cutoff varies every year based on a number of seats, new branches, rank details and quota (HS or OS).

All teachers are highly qualified, some of them are PhD scholars and M.Tech. Semester exams are a bit difficult, but one can pass with a good grade if one attends classes regularly. We will have two sessionals and end-semester exams with a gap of a month between each.

Every student is expected to do at least 6-month internship in the final year. Major Projects and their review happen in the final year. Companies visit the campus and take students for internships, through internship and placement drives. Internship opportunities are provided for all domains.

Students will be eligible to get a 6-month internship in the final year and later placement process takes place. Placement percentage for CSE - is 97.33% and for ECE - 85%. Highest Package - 40 LPA. Average Package - 12 LPA. No. of companies visited - 55.

We are supposed to pay around 2,08,700/- (might vary every year) for academics and a total of 96,000/- for hostel fee (for 4 seaters). Campus bears very good placement stats. Maharashtra Scholarships and National scholarships are available.

All types of books (journals, reference materials, magazines etc..) are available in the college library. There are enormous clubs running to provide all types of skills to the students. Many technical, and cultural fests happen every year.

The hostel offers you with an opportunity to choose a double or four-seater (Yes, the fee varies). The hostel block consists of 10 floors, with 56 rooms on every floor. Mess food is Ok-ish. All types of food will be served at the mess (Excluding Non-Veg).
