College of Engineering Trivandrum(CET) is the first engineering college in Kerala. Students who get top ranks in the KEAM entrance examination only get a chance to study here. The admission process is very friendly and students also help us to complete our admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am an Electrical and Electronics graduate. It was my dream to study this course in CET. As the best engineering institute in Kerala, the faculties are also highly qualified, and many of them are publishers of different research journals. B.Tech is not a cakewalk. so the exam level is also very high.
Placement Experience
If you finish your course without any backlogs then you can easily get a job right after your course. Many companies from various fields visit our college and give job offers. Still, the number of core companies is less compared to the number of IT companies. The average salary was 6lakh last year and almost more than 600+ students got placements. Ranging from 3lakh to 40 lakhs per annum
Fees and Financial Aid
As a college under the government students in CET can avail of many scholarships like e grandz, premetric scholarships etc. Also, the alumni club of CET "Cetaa" helps students who are economically backward by giving them study gadgets like laptops books etc.
Campus Life
3D's are the main attraction of our college. 1st D indicates Disha: this cultural fest is exclusively for the first year students 2nd D is Drishti: It is the Technical Fest of CET 3rd D is Dhwani: It is the Cultural fest of CET All these fests last for minimum of 3days.and these are conducting by spending many lakhs of money
