Remarks

Yes, I write keam exam for engineering but I don't get into this college so I go to ksrtc kota 1st day I arrived at the college then I bring so many papers like my adhar card keam ranking card and I registered.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because electronics and communication is a good course and if we study any computer science subject then we can get a job in its field and the electrical field. I think the semester is coming so fast and the faculty is good enough.

Internships Opportunities

Ys our college provides internships sometimes it is expensive but not enough. Many internships were taken by TCS tata helix and many others I don't know about the projects because I am going through 3rd semester.

Placement Experience

For 6sem itself placement process started. More than 30 companies are available for placement in our college like TCS, tata helix, Infosys, etc package is between 2lakh to 5lakh. about 85percentage of students get placed. I plan to have a good job.

Fees and Financial Aid

If you enter in keam ranking then your fees will be probably 62000 and if u enter in management or ksrtc quota the. Your fees will be 82000 and also there are many scholarships for students there is a good center for placement and if are available for the scholarship then u have to pay only 5000 something.

Campus Life

The campus is too small and also the heart of the campus is inside the college. It is a beautiful cult away is the main fest, and there will be many more fest inside the college there are more books available in our library. our college conduct sports in the stadium. And our doesn't have ground.

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

I choose this college because it has vibrant campus life and freedom.It also has good placement records,good pass percentage. I also took due to distance advantage.This college also has good faculty, teaching. Although the campus is small, the infrastructure is well maintained. It has well structured labs.I also looked for cet, Trivandrum but I didn't get it because of my keam rank. The exam accepted for the course is keam and most of the students prefer it. A look inside Sct - Campus life, Academics and more

The main reason I chose this college was because this as under the Government of Kerala. It is held jointly by both government and ksrtc. This the standard of teachers will be better than other private colleges and campus life would be better as well. I have gotten confirmed admission from Amritha University and FISAT. I chose Sct because of the above given reason and also because of its location in trivandrum. I had applied to both Cet and Gect but I didn't pass the cutoff. The admission price for SCTCE is through KEAM which is held by the government of Kerala.
