In my college halida institute of technology, if you want to opt for this college firstly u clear an exam conducted by the West Bengal government name WBJEE( west Bengal joint entrance exam ) if u got a good rank of approx 12k or 13k you got this college with the electrical engineering department. If you want to opt for computer science then u got the rank approx 5000-6000 in WBJEE
Course Curriculum Overview
At Haldia institute of technology, course and curriculum activities are good. In the months of February March April, one tech fest would occur. In the month of April, a fest would occur and you Fully enjoy this fest. And z faculty members are also good, they motivate you for placement as well as a gate entrance exam
Placement Experience
At the end of the 6th-semester u sir in placement. There are many companies visiting like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, and more. A student got maximum placement in Amazon with 45 lakh/ annum. average placement is 5-6 lacs. In computer science, 97% of student placement in 2022 and in other departments 90% of students were placed. The remains are gone for higher education. My plan after getting placement I want to go for higher education
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees are not High, in my college Haldia institute of technology, per year 1lakh fees are there with the hostel. It is not much amount. If you are at the top of your batch u got the scholarship as well. And campus placement is also good.
Campus Life
Life is good. In West Bengal colleges this institute has good infrastructure all of among them .in this college a good library are there. If u want to read all time. Then it is a good college for you.
Hostel Facilities
In this college hostel is good in one room two students are sitting.also , meal is good in a week 2 times gives non veg . Hostel fees not High only 2000 per month which is affordable. If you want to take pg room this is also good but all thing manage yourself.
