Remarks

Eligibility is 12th passed and the cutoff declared by Delhi university is the eligibility criteria. Application forms will be available on the Delhi university website at the time of admission. The application close within 30 days. There will be a reservation quota for the OBC, EWS, SPORTS quota, etc. Improvement wants that the admission process need to be speedy and students want to know the exact reason why they got declined by the college. Many students didn't get admission their admission was declined by the college for simple reasons. This should be changed.

I did choose this course because I like the commerce field and I like to work in this field. In my course, there are 3 sections A, B, C, and each class strength is 80 maximum. Faculty are well-educated and Ph.D. level. The exam was strictly conducted Delhi university board. The internal marks will be given on assignments/tests and 5 marks for attendance

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 10675 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There are different fees for different courses. For my course, B.Com Hons yearly fee is 10675. The cost of the study is less when compared to other colleges. The college will not provide any scholarships and scholarships will be provided national-level, state level, and other different scholarships.

Campus Life

There are many festivals conducted in the college. In the college, there are various societies the society will be conducting different programs. The Library is one of the best libraries in the college. Mirza Mahmood library. A vast collection of books is available in the library. NSS, Ncc, and different sports Teams are in the college. Selection procedures will be taken in the college.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
