Remarks

For 12th-pass-out students who wanted to take admitted to KCC affiliated with Kolhan University, they'll have to apply to this college through the Chancellor Portal. After that college will release its list of students as per their requirements. If you are selected there, then the college will inform you with another list of students mentioning when they've to come to college to pay the admission fee. The admission process is very simple and anyone can do it easily.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am good in the subjects of arts, most love the subjects of arts and my future goals are also related to this. There are more students of science available than arts in this college. Actually, it is known for its science programme. To take admission here you've to clear the 12th. Exams are pretty tough here but yeah not for those students who really study.

Fees and Financial Aid

The admission fee is almost the same for all streams of students except IT. The admission fee is approx 7000 per year here. Yes, scholarship is also available here for St, and OBC students. They can apply for it through the E Kalyan website once per year.

Campus Life

There are many annual fests organised here like the annual cultural programme, quiz competition, debate arts writing singing etc. All types of books are available here in our library in the reading room. We have our college sports teams in cricket, football and many indoor games. The rotary club of Jamshedpur is run by our students in college.

Initially, I chose English Honours because I thought it would be a very easy subject. However, once I took admission and started studying it, I realized how deep and theoretical it is. When I read about the poets, their life stories, and the era they lived in, I became deeply fascinated. Placement Experience:

The placement oppourtunity is very low as only rare companies visits our college and tgey select only few students and gives tgem the opportunity to work with them due to which maximum students faces employment difficulty. The rate of placement is only upto 20-30% .

I has a vision to study English from the very beginning. I wanted to study English since i was good at English and also the most important thing was me being an isce student upto class 12 which inculcated a strong English base in me English as a subject is very vast. As the world is heading towards modernisation English has become a very important thing. Gossner college has good English professors and also i heard a lot from most of my seniors that gossner college has best English faculty. The frequency of exam is 2 exams per semester where the portion tought in the syllabus is asked and it's not very easy and not very tough too

Actually I applied only for this college because it is nearer from my home and actually this college is quite famous in my hometown and i didn't apply in another college because this is kolhan university and the education is good in this college. Karim City College. An Affordable Option for Mass Comm Aspirants

The most important factor was the affordability compared to other colleges including within-state colleges as well as Inter-State colleges. Also, the Faculty was very inclusive as I took last-minute admissions and they were happy to take me in. The admission process was fairly easy they took the mandatory marksheets of Std 10th and 12th also the Aadhar Card and Parental Details and the fees were paid in Cash. Later after the payments I was provided with the prospectus and Other Information.
