College management is good in overall terms. But yes from the past 2 years have been hearing about the increase in number of seats in the college which will definitely affect the overall placement scenario and also the teacher and student bond.

The advance construction management course offers a wide coverage of major subjects of civil engineering which brushes up the graduation and the management course in the structure in 2 years helps to cover all aspects in terms of techno managerial of construction industry. In the second year we have wide range of electives to choose amongst the subjects like real estate, finance, industry etc.

Yes our college curriculum involves 2 months of summer internship in which various companies come for placement and also have a range of stipend depending upon the industry and their company policy I.e. 4k per month to 20k per month.

In the year 2013- 2015 good companies came offering 100% placement to the student. Few are listed below : Lodha developers - 7.5lpa Godrej properties - 8.5lpa LNT- 6lpa Deloitte- 8.83lpa JLL- 4.5 la Oberoi realty - 6.5lpa And many more some where around 150 companies visited he campus that year.

The events will include: Techno managerial workshops and guest lecture Cultural events like chakravyuh, technikallah, and also udbhav. These events will last either for 2 to 7 days. Involving a good participation from within he college and other college.

Fees is somewhere around 10 lac including 2 years course, hostel and mess fees. Excluding the fees for hostel and mess the academics fees and the college fees will be around 7.5 lac for 2 years. The first installment of approximately 2 lac needs to deposited in the month of mach once the results of the exams are announced along with confirmation of the branch.

Yes we have loan facilities and also the college offered scholarship for few students for achieving good percentile in the academics. Yes I have availed the loan also and have been awarded scholarship thrice in the college. NICMAR has tie up with various banks for the loan faculty. Also for scholarship we also have a yearly scholarship for the best achiever across the various campus for NICMAR that is pune, Hyderabad, Goa.

Gender ratio is less because of the civil industry . Apart from that we have good diversified student with regards to ethnicity, race, religion , sexual orientation and economic status. We have good extracurricular activities which involves music club, games and other day to day activities.

Hostel facilities were quiet good. We have good clean hostels . Mess food can't really comment. Sometimes it was fine and sometime bad. The college has two hostels . One for girl a d other for boys. Also have guest rooms and executive rooms which can be booked for the family members for chargeable basis on first come first basis. Also for hostel seats there are limited number of seats which are booked as the sequence of application.

Yes the alumni networking is very strong and the seniors in he industry are very helpful in terms of getting guidance or any kind of help regarding the doubts in future study and future plan. The interaction between the first and the second year starts from the 3 day of the college in the event known as udbhav which involves various kind of activities and competition involving seniors and juniors which helps in a good networking between the students.

Exams were trimester wise. And we used to have labs and all but were averagely hectic not so chilled out. Exam schedule is as under 1st trimester - September 2nd trimester - December 3rd trimester - March 4th trimester - summer internship. 5th trimester - September 6th trimester - December 7th trimester - February

The form can be procured through online application. The notification was released in he month of November 2012. Written exam and other formalities on 20th January 2013. Results by February and first installment for confirmation of seat by choosing the branch by march 2013.

We have good faculty having good knowledge of the industry which helps not only in terms of course but also aspects of the industry. Most of the senior faculty have great knowledge and experience in their own field. We have Ph.d and doctorate holder faculty mastered in their own subjects with wide knowledge of industry as well as thorough subject study. Few of the faculty were called from outside for guest lecture example for taxation we have qualified CA, for managerial etiquette we have different faculty. And also for few other specialized subjects we have other faulty. Thus overall faculty in NICMAR were good.
