The Last stage of Fun

The faculty of the college and the environment is quite good of the college. The dirty politics of this college is spoiling the career of many students.

I was B.com (hons) student and i took this course because i love to play with numbers. Initially i loved to do maths but later my passion was Account. This college is reputed that was the reason which opt me to choose this college.

First, my experience in college has given me a chance to sharpen my skills in my field of choice. There have been, and there will continue to be, many opportunities to learn more ways of improving my craft as a result of my time in school, which I am truly thankful for.

I am not sure about the internship part but in my phase there was no such concept for internship but if its there currently or not I can't say. Usually college have such concept of internship but in Kolkata very rarely colleges have internship concept.

The Placement was an average as the companies in Kolkata is less and the demand is high. So due to which in Kolkata college provide placement but not much and if they provide the salary is not upto the mark. In our college Big4 Auditing companies do visit and they provide and average salary of 15,000.

Our college organised the annual party in which different concerts are organised. When i was a part of my college we organised an event in Nazrul Manch like Debate, Quiz, Singing, Fashion Show and few celebs were invited and it use to end up with a DJ Night.

Here Fee Structure is average. In 1st Year my college fees was Rs 3,900 and exam fee Rs 300, in 2nd Year college fees was Rs. 3,500 and exam fee Rs 300 and last year college fees was Rs.3,300 and college fee Rs 300 which comes approximately Rs. 12,000 to complete the three year course.

No our college don't provide and loan neither scholarship. They have seats reserved for SC SC and OBC but no scholarship or any kind of a loan provided by the college

The gender ratio of our college was 3:2 as per my knowledge. Here the people were good and no concept of ragging an all in our college. In this college more of politics less of racism gender inequality etc is there. We had extra curricular activities like Cricket Team, Football Team and we do participate in different competitions as well.

I have never been a part of Hostel or PG. I live here with my family but according to my friends experience the hospitality was not that good. The food was not upto the mark they just had it to satisfy there hunger. the average rent of the PG was approximately Rs.3,000 including food in 2009.

Since i left the college i have never been a part of alumni. So i will not be able to give you the full overview of my alumni but yes i can say my senior students were quite helpful

We have a very good exam structure. In our College we have Pre-selection and Selection exams in which student appeared for there exam. After the exam we get the result on the notice board. It is quite helpful to be prepared for the final exam of Calcutta University. These exams helps us to know the progress and to prepare our-self for our final exam accordingly.

I have applied for admission form online then we got the merit list in the college site. In counselling i got my admission form for the Course B. Com (H) in Account and Finance which i submitted and then paid the fees. Soon my class was started and got the College ID.

The faculty of a college describe there reputation in the market. The faculty of this college was amazing. the teacher's were helpful and the way of teaching was quite amazing. Our beloved Principal Rt. Amitabh Basu with his knowledge and skills took this college at the top. During his tenure the college competed among the best college of Kolkata.
