the college is full of educational stuff but it lacks the extracurricular activities

iit jee .. 103 /360 .i choose this particular college because i wanted a government institution to study in. and also it has a great record

the course is pretty basic what an engineer should study.. 1st year all the branches have common subjects .in the 2nd we started studying our own field in detail. the curriculum is totally education based ,very less importance is given to CCA. some changes are being raised by students lets hope for the best

no,the is no internship provided through the college .one has to find the internship themselves ,recommendation letter is given by the college

many companies mostly IT visit our college for campus placement.. 100% placement were recorded last year . there is a lack of company from biotechnology background or mechanical field . the eligibility criteria is 6.5 cgpa for most the company.it may change from company to company

not many events are held by the college. mostly there are some lecture session from different stakeholders in their respective field. events like talent show , ratnavali , excelsior are organised by the college.excelsior is the annual fest organised by uiet

it is feasible it costs around 35000 per semester. the admission fees is given in the first sem. then each sem it is around 30000 to 32000 depending on the semester. u can easily get loan on the college fees as it is a government college.the fees are deposited before the commencement of the semester

being a government institution scholarships are granted to students. sc/st students are given various scholarship by the college. also the m.tech student can also apply for scholarship based on their marks

campus is filled with cafeterias. the is a central library which is fully air conditioned , the market has most of the stuff which one needs in daily life . the extra curriculum activities are low .not many events are organised laboratories are fully furnished with equipment.and new research can easily be supported by them

hostel are common for the whole university, girls easily get hostel, boys may face difficulty while allotment of hostels . the mess food is average. hostel fees is very low as compared to other colleges.the rent is around 7000 for 6 months.and mess bill is around 2000 for a month that is to paid monthly

alumni meet are help every end of the year for students to interact with their alumni .to gain some knowledge about the outside world

the exam structure is 1. 3 sessional exams 2. 1 semester end exam 3. 1 internal viva 4. 1 external viva out of 3 sessional exams the best of two is averaged to get the final result semester end exams are of 75 marks. sessional are of 15 each

filled the form on hstes website.. filled the online counselling .. the counselling were held a bit late then schedule due to the reservation issue .. i had to wait uncertain about my seat for the result .. the result came out on 8th Aug and i got admission ed on the 9th the staff was supportive and helped throughout the process

college faculty is mostly Ph.d professors, some adhoc teachers are also there, classes are taken on time,attendance is given very importance, class performance and internal exams are also given priority by the teachers.teachers take full interest to teach the students as far as student shows interest
