Remarks

The admission process was done really in a good way all the staff was very cooperative. I got admission through Reservation benefits i.e category benefit (NT). For the open category, the fess is about 160000.

The course I chose is mechanical engineering cause I was interested in machines and cars since I was in school, I got inspired through day to day life of machines. The faculty for mechanical engineering is quite good all staff has excellent knowledge and grateful teaching skills.

Yes there is an on-campus placement for viit students Placement gets started from 3rd year of BTech in various IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, tata, visits, and many more core companies also. The last year's highest package of college students was 4440000 and the average was 60000 per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees for open is around 160000, For Nt- is around 25k. For obc is 60k, For sc and st is around 5k to 7 k. The basic fee structure is really good in our college. the amenities are also provided in our college.

Campus Life

There are lots of extra curriculum activities. Sports, various clubs for various branches, and various days are celebrated on campus. Sports are like cricket, football, basketball, handball, carrom, chess, kho kho, volleyball, etc.

MANY STUDENT GET PLACED AT AVERAGE OF 4.5 . OFFER ARE LIKE 3LPA, 3,5LPA.4,5LPA, 7LPA, MAX 9LPA OR THIS YEAR BUT STILL IN MY OPNION STUDENT ARE NOT PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT IN THEIR PLACEMENT DRIVES AND HAVE VERY CASUAL ATTITUDE. Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

VIIT -a good option?

1) I applied to VIT pune ,COEP pune ,PICT pune,CUMMINS ,PCCOE . I didnt get these colleges because i didnt have percentile for merit for that college i had 95.84 percentile and their cutoff for CS branch was 97 at that time which was difficult for me . 2)students can enroll in our college using MHTCET and JEE mains score .Through cet cell there are cap rounds total three and last one spot round (may have changed now).Apart from this there are no tests or exams to get an admission in this college...Read More
